Rachael & Lynne both felt that the table 'juddered' during the sitting.

It is a pity that we are unable to sit more regularly at the moment, but it is good to hear that progress is being made.

Rachael could see lights, and Lynne heard noises. It's a pity we didn't hear or see the same things!

After discussion with the spirit teams, we decided to try sitting in the evening next week, when it will be darker, and to try to place our hands on the table for a longer time.

Monday 25th October
Sitters: Rachael & Lynne
We heard a small cracking noise, and neither of us thought we had moved. We haven't been able to get any blackout material yet.
Maurice: "I work to move the table"
Maurice is practiced at moving various items from time to time. We think he recently moved a box at the Bristol Spirit Lodge: http://spirit-chamber.blogspot.com/

Unfortunately Spirits definition of 'soon' is not much like ours, so 'soon' may be years!
Sarah: "Make another blind".
We asked if another sitter would help, for more energy, and they thought it would.
We are therefore looking for someone who would be interested in joining us on a Monday at 1pm, in Kingswood (BS15). Preferably a beginner, like ourselves, not an established medium. It doesn't matter if you have not sat in a circle before.

Today we felt that the spirits had made progress towards moving the table, but it has not moved yet. Rachael's guides have learnt to say yes & no with a pendulum.
Henrietta: "Make the room darker. Very good energy today".
As we sit at 1pm in a south facing bedroom, there tends to be a lot of light. A thick tablecloth over the window under thick lined curtains, has not stopped much of the light at all! Lynne will try to buy some blackout material, to see if that is any better - otherwise we need to hope for cloud and rain, and therefore reduced sunlight!

We agreed the table made a knocking noise, almost like a bubbling sensation. The noise was very faint, and the table had not moved. Today we tried having fingertips, rather than palms, touching the table.
Rachael saw eyes and face outlines in her meditation.
